Rotaform is an established New Zealand plastics manufacturer with the ambition to become the industry’s largest supplier. Double was tasked with discovering the major drivers of revenue growth and building new marketing and advertising systems, increase new customers and drive significant revenue growth.
Despite earning a leading name in the plastics manufacturing industry, Rotaform was struggling with their digital channel. They knew they were missing out on a major source of both new customers and large commercial enquiries. However, we needed to justify marketing investment with ongoing increases in revenue. Using an incremental approach we balanced the quick ROI of urgent upgrades with more lucrative long-term projects.
Our focus began with paid search (Google ads) and quickly moved to conversion optimisation of the website and structuring the website for SEO success (organic Google rankings). We then moved to ads optimisations, landing pages, checkout, shipping streamlining, bulk discounts, up-sells and conversion dashboards.
The results is a major new revenue stream, constant source of new customers and a higher success rate on multi-million dollar orders.
